Recommendations
Cocktails -A cocktail party of two hours or less requires a mix of 2-3 glasses per guest
Straight Buffet- A food service Buffet requires a mix of wine and mixed drink cups. Plan on at least 3-4 glasses per guest before the dancing begins.
Full Service or a Plated Buffet- Dining table place settings should be set with a water glass. As budget allows a wine glass and a champagne glass can be included.
For coffee, 1 cup per person is usually more than enough and can be on the dining table or offered as requested.
Most bartenders like to use a 9oz Old Fashion Glasses for mixed drinks, but I think that a 10oz or 12oz glasses are more luxurious and are good for soda too. Beer drinkers love the 16oz size, and wine glasses are almost a must, as so many people are into wine these days. People do not often use more than 1 or 2 champagne glasses. For coffee, 1 cup per person is usually more than enough.
