Whether you're Wedding is a small or large event, you can feel confident that we offer every option manufactured. We have chosen our cutlery very carefully. Within each category we offer, you will find the best quality available for any food service including weddings and rehersal dinners. Our Recommendations
Cocktail party- For a two hour party you will need three forks per person, unless all the food is finger food in which case picks and/or beverage napkins, found under napkins. will do. Picks can be found under FOOD SERVICE/Supplies/Misc.
Straight Buffet- You will need 2 - 3 forks for your meal and 1 extra for cake, 2 knives and 2 spoons per person.
Full Service or Plated Buffet- Order the same cutlery you would use if using regular flatware in a fine resturant. Each place setting must include at least 1 fork, 1 knife and 1 teaspoon. Ms. Manner says so ! Forks are used for some first plates, salad, main course and dessert (unless you are serving ice cream, in which case you will need a spoon for dessert and one for coffee). To save money you can use coffee stirs found under FOOD SERVICE/Supplies/Misc
Whatever you are ordering, it is wise to order an additional "just in case" amount of at least 10%.
