The butter...stamp it, press it, stack it.................just use your butter as a means to entertain and delight your guests with a unique butter presentation. I use the smaller sizes for butter and I use the larger sizes to mallet out shapes on lettuce leaves as a base for the butter shape...but go wild and use your own imagination to produce "an amuse" everyone will remember.

New Product Announcment: I have received so many emails asking me for suggestions for transporting these little works of art, I have brought in this new insulated food carrier. It maintains food temperature for hours, is lightweight, can be wiped down, stored flat, and reused at least 30 times.... Not that your getting married 30 times...but it is actually meant for professional Caterers to transport food, so after the wedding it would be a nice gesture to offer to loan it to your friends and it will keep your future "covered dishes", hot or cold, on the way to your hostess.
*The large size holds 2 full size or 4 half size steamtable pans.
*The small size holds 1 full size or 2 half size steamtable pans.
Both sizes have foam center insulation and are covered inside and outside with a Reflective Radiant barrier.
*Now don't email asking me how many fancy butters each will hold because that depends on the size of your butter sculpture.
