An ice breaker for sure. No matter what  brand is in your budget... they all have style, durability and elegance and are taller and heavier than most disposables you can find...unless your shopping our site in which case we don't carry those low-end brands

Emi has texured bands as does Fineline while Maryland's is clear. I have held them all and while Emi's is a bit heavier, Fineline has that wavy flute and, to me, Marylands plainer design is just about as heavy

The only thing I would add to the description is that they are full size, they leave a lasting impression and the clarity is remarkable.
